Vacuum forming plastic sealing machine JL-50A

Card forming packaging is defined as to fuse blister on the surface of card with vacuum forming oil. We usually see it used in supermarket’s battery package. It requires sealing equipment to seal the product between paper card and blister.
Problems to be noted:
Card surface must be applied with vacuum forming oil (so as to bond with PVC blister)
The product to be sealed shall not be too heavy, for blister is just stuck to the paper card.
